## **Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Rig Superintendent** for a short-term assignment supporting offshore drilling operations.
The selected candidate will oversee rig performance, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and coordination between offshore teams and onshore management.
This is a **1-week project** starting **28th December**, ideal for professionals with proven experience in rig management and supervisory leadership in offshore drilling environments.

## **Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing safe and efficient rig operations and ensuring adherence to company procedures
• Supervising rig crews and coordinating operational activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory, HSE, and company standards
• Managing reporting, performance monitoring, and operational planning
• Supporting troubleshooting and critical decision-making during operations

## **Requirements:**
• Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET/FOET, medical, etc.)
• Strong English communication skills
• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Rig Superintendent or similar supervisory role
• Proven background in offshore drilling (Jack-Up, Semi-Sub, or Drillship)
• Excellent leadership and operational oversight capabilities
