The HSE Superintendent will have the ability to champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes and systems for PD’s rigs and shops aligned with PD’s HSE Strategy (short and long-term). Establish and maintain world-class HSE standards and standards while actively coaching for consistent implementation and execution. Demonstrate leadership and interact with employees at all levels to provide HSE coaching and guidance to all levels and positions. Provide hands-on involvement and modeling in the workplace to correct deficiencies, unsafe conditions, at-risk behaviors to ensure continual improvement and create a learning HSE culture. Effectively communicate with supervisors, management, and other leadership to address and resolve potential HSE systemic and/or non-compliance issues.
