Understanding of U.S. regulatory compliance and ability to understand and communicate details of HSE Management System (HSEMS) Standards, Processes, Tools, and Guidelines
Obtain and maintain specialized certification, licenses, documents, and training as required by Company, Customer and/or Regulatory, as applicable.
Ability to plan (short- and long-term) and coach to drive rig/shop safety performance and culture.
Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and develop specific action plans.
Excellent written and communication skills to effectively verbalize and document HSE information for written reports, presentations, and customer interactions.
Planning, problem-solving, organizational skills are required to develop rig site visit and coaching strategies and to perform HSE activities at assigned assets.
