Job Description:
Precision Drilling is hiring a skilled HSE Superintendent to oversee health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on a drilling project in Canada/US. The HSE Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the crew and compliance with all regulatory safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Ensure all crew members are trained in safety protocols
• Lead emergency drills and incident investigations
• Maintain records of safety incidents and reports
Requirements:
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSH)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in drilling
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
