Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Drilling Superintendent to oversee drilling operations across oil and gas rigs in the Middle East. The role includes full operational responsibility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee all drilling operations across assigned rigs
• Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards
• Manage drilling programs and operational performance
• Coordinate between offshore/onshore teams and clients
• Supervise senior drilling personnel
Requirements:
• Extensive offshore drilling experience
• Strong leadership background in drilling operations
• Knowledge of HSE and international oil & gas standards
• Engineering or petroleum-related qualification preferred
• English communication skills
