Responsibilities:
QHSE:
- Prevent operations from exceeding unit or equipment limitations
- Conduct daily detailed planning for upcoming operations
- Ensure subsea equipment certification is valid and available onboard
- Perform training, competence assessments, and maintain tidiness and cleanliness standards
- Assume the safety role as per station bill and emergency preparedness plan
Job Specific:
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of well control equipment, subsea support systems, and conduct necessary tests
- Oversee the maintenance, record-keeping, and inventory management of subsea equipment, including spare parts and material
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in hydraulic and electric components of subsea BOP equipment and configurations
- Prepare and maintain BOP, riser, tensioning systems, and assist in wellhead operations
- Ensure accurate measurements, communicate equipment issues, and contribute to subsea procedures
- Manage subsea equipment inventory, documentation, and promote safety and environmental practices
- Conduct performance evaluations for subordinates and recommend appropriate actions
