Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HRD, Training, Psychology or Business preferred. Certifications or specialized knowledge of adult learning and technical training preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience in drilling operations and/or maintenance and operation of Canrig Drilling equipment (or equivalent experience).
