Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with the recruiting process, including, but not limited to, the requisition process, hiring manager intake meetings, creating and posting job descriptions, actively sourcing passive candidates, screening and conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, creating and finalizing offers
Manage relationships with post-secondary institutions and lead campus recruitment programs
Manage and attend job fairs and recruitment events on behalf of Precision Drilling
Build a network and pipeline of talent to deepen talent pools
Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to source passive talent, such as online social networking, traditional networking, cold calling, and referrals
Communicating with managers, employees, and vendors, including answering questions and directing them to the appropriate resources
Ensure and continuously work to enhance a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and with other HR partners
Utilization of Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) and social media outlets to attract top talent
Monitoring the effectiveness of recruiting tools and providing recommendations for enhancements
Maximizing the efficiency and timeliness of recruitment processes while demonstrating the highest level of quality and integrity to potential hires
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers
Participation in ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects, programs, and events as needed
