Must be able to communicate with other PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity compatibility. Excellent leadership and communication skills are required. Good mathematical acumen is required. Good reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Skills acquired through completion of high school diploma and 9+ years experience in oil field drilling activities including 5+ years of underblanaced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling. Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Spec III-GBA.
