Requirements
Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent required
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Required
(12) months minimum work experience as a Service Operator II (or equivalent role) and required number of SmartWell® completion installations.
SmartWell® completion technical knowledge is required in order to effectively supervise least complex installations.
HMS systems knowledge is also required to promote and apply the QHSE tools needed to protect employees, service quality, property and the environment while meeting all regulatory requirements.
Customer service, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate and interface with customers, supervisors, peers, subordinates, rig crew and other third-party vendors.
Must be able to travel on a per job basis.
