Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible pipeline related engineering experience, including at least two years of quality management.
RABQSA Registered Principal or Lead Auditor QMS or equivalent
Detailed familiarity with the ISO 9000 series of standards.
Strong technical knowledge of project quality management techniques and tools, and of the principles and practices of quality management and the implementation and improvement of management systems. PMI PMP preferred.
The ability to apply root cause problem solving / process improvement techniques. Certification in a discipline such as Six Sigma or 8D Problem Solving is preferred.
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in Canada related to pipeline design and construction.
