QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical Technology (ET), or similar with proven experience in rig construction, upgrades, and modifications related projects on-site, at yards and offshore
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the offshore oil & gas drilling industry
Familiar with CLASS requirements, Rules and Regulation, IEC Standards, and others applicable to the different rigs in the fleet
Experience with systems normally found onboard offshore drilling Rigs like Power Distribution, ESD Systems (including C&E), LAN, VSAT, and others
Able to read, understand and update/modify existing Rig electrical drawings
Familiar with and able to coordinate offshore Rig logistics to different locations worldwide
Able to manage different stakeholders within the company along with the different vendors and their constructions teams
Able to take and successfully pass all required training and testing, and obtain required certificates for travelling offshore to different MODU at different locations around the world
Able to obtain required visas and travel internationally to offshore locations for few weeks at a time when required
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including MS Project, MS Teams, and others
Proficient with Visio, Adobe Suite, and ACAD
Familiar with ERP systems like IFS
