Description
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in project planning and execution within the oil and gas industry or a related field, with a focus on major green field developments or EPC.
Strong knowledge of engineering project management methodologies, including EPC processes and gate stages.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Sound understanding of industry regulations, HSE practices, and quality assurance standards.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
