The position is responsible for lead all supply chain aspect of new country set up – including but not limiting to planning importation and exportation of rigs to new countries of operations, set up local supply chain in compliance with local regulations, set up and select agent and vendors in collaboration with rest of the supply chain and operation. It is the responsibility of the Mobilization Specialist to ensure the effective and efficient support of all Supply Chain task in connection with new start up. All activities are to be accomplished using company sanctioned tools and processes to ensure transparency, auditability, consistency, and repeatability of initiatives.
