Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years plant experience or high school diploma plus completion of an approved Instrument/Electrical course and/or 5–7 years plant experience.
Good working knowledge of equipment, materials, techniques, and safeguards in respective discipline for maintenance and construction of a continuous process chemical plant.
Proven supervisory/administrative skills, good communications skills, both written and oral, are mandatory.
