Description
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree preferred
Five years of experience in international contract formation, negotiation, and contract management during execution
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Experience in dispute resolution, claims management, contracting, procurement, supply chain management, and commercial legal matters
Preferably, experience with LNG or complex high-value construction projects
Experience in day-to-day management of high-volume contract-related inquiries and change management
Familiarity with EPC contracting and various contract delivery methods such as LSTK, GMP, Cost-Plus, etc.
The ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex contractual issues
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Commercial awareness coupled with a strategic mindset
Confidence and the ability to work independently, utilizing skills to execute business objectives and support internal project offices and customers
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid relationships and confidence with others in the pricing team, cost contributors, and management.
