Collaborate with Marketing and various departments to prepare and/or complete proposals, questionnaires, and other pre-qualification documents for customers
Collaborate with Marketing and various departments to draft, revise, and analyze contracts, amendments, and other legal documents for customers
Review and process signed contracts and amendments to highlight key information for other departments
Collaborate with Billings and Finance to create and/or maintain bid sheets for billing purposes
File and distribute supporting contract documentation to other departments
Maintain network drives and databases used to track and store contracts, proposals, amendments, and other relevant documents
Create ad hoc reports as requested
Manage miscellaneous requests from Marketing and other departments
Perform other administrative duties as necessary
