Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or similar education and industry specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele, plus 5-7 years experience in the resort industry.
Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexiblity, and customer service skills.
Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of tasks inclusive of facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance; food preparation and presentation; activity coordinating and execution; and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses.
