Requirements:
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business (or equivalent); >5 years in Procurement is needed
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve business initiatives, but also be a self-motivated individual who can work independently to manage projects
Ability to construct baseline spend analysis and create Total Cost of Ownership models
Business acumen, customer focus, ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment
Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation skills
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, co-workers, and internal customers
Ability to analyze business and technical requirements, and propose solutions for economic value
Ability to negotiate effectively working knowledge of commercial terms and legal terms and conditions
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to operate independently and to take the initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities
Good communication skills with ability to interface well with wide variety of customers
Positive attitude, with an open-minded approach to learning
Available for emergency situations on weekends and nights, if needed
