**Job Description:**
We are seeking a **Rigger Foreman (Job Performer)** to join an **Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi**. This is a **1-year extendable contract** offering the opportunity to work with a leading company in the region. Candidates must have a proven background in rigging operations within the Oil & Gas sector, with offshore project experience considered a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate all rigging activities on-site.
• Ensure lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with project standards.
• Lead and guide rigging crew to perform tasks efficiently.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and project engineers.
• Ensure all equipment and lifting gear is properly inspected and certified.

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a Rigger Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry
• Offshore project experience (preferred)
• Valid STCW and offshore safety certificates (if applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Strong communication skills in English
