Atlas Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced drilling rig mechanic for a north sea jack-up for ongoing 3/3 rotation from 10th March.
Job description
· Ensure the efficient and continual functioning of all mechanical equipment.
· Carrying out timely preventive maintenance activities and special projects involving mechanical components.
· Planning and implementing projects that include maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment. Instructing, training, providing direction and supervising the Motorman.
· Working in a safe and efficient manner.· Ensuring work complies with all company rules and regulations.
· Assisting the Electrician with repairs to various motors, refrigeration, air conditioning and freezers/coolers when necessary.
