Recognized trade qualification from technical college/apprenticeship or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
If working on DP Semi-submersibles, hold Flag State Maintenance Supervisor License.
Experience in power and hydraulic systems is required.
Experience reading mechanical drawings is required.
Must have mechanical machinery inspection and repair knowledge.
Complete understanding and use of the Noble Maintenance System.
Superior troubleshooting, decision making and problem resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with diverse groups and operations, and to recognize and resolve conflict.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to coach, motivate and mentor others and develop their skills and knowledge.
Proficient in office applications and other systems required for the position.
