Duties & Responsibilities
Direct installation activities and personnel at the direction of the Regional Installations Manager and in support of the Fleet requirements.
Work with area Equipment Manager to ensure equipment as provided is suitable and ready for installation, including verifying all certifications, slings, technical bulletins, etc are up to date.
Verify all documentation is accurate and included in delivered package. Eg: any audit documentation, certifications, manuals, as-installed drawings, etc.
Engage with rig/vessel representatives in planning all activities including the adequate support required, required services and any other location specific requirements such as zone rating and classification (e.g.: DNV).
Discuss crew evaluations and plan enhancements with Project and Operations Managers as appropriate.
Ensure all HSE goals and proactive measures are being met and participate in resolution of any/all issues (Incident reports, Tap Roots, Near Hits).
Work with Regional Installations, Technical, Equipment, and Operations Managers in driving down COPQ.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
Three (3) to Five (5) years of installations experience to include exposure to Administrative, Office, project manager, or Operations Management; or, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
PREFERRED
Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
