A leading offshore drilling contractor is recruiting an experienced Radio Operator / Training Coordinator to join a Jack-Up Rig operating in the UK sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communications management, personnel logistics, training coordination, record keeping, and supporting offshore operational administration.
Job Responsibilities
Manage offshore communications systems
Coordinate personnel logistics and crew movements
Maintain training records and certification databases
Support onboarding and training activities
Prepare reports and operational documentation
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Coordinate emergency communication procedures
Requirements
United Kingdom Nationality
Previous offshore radio operator or training coordination experience preferred
Valid offshore certifications
Valid offshore medical certificate
Good English communication and administrative skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
