Join OSM Thome as a Radio Operator aboard an FPSO in Brazil. We are seeking skilled personnel to support our offshore operations effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain all radio communication systems on board.
Ensure continuous communication with onshore teams and other vessels.
Monitor distress frequencies and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Log and record all incoming and outgoing communication accurately.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Radio Operator in maritime environments.
Valid GMDSS radio operator certification.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Brazilian citizenship
