Qualification requirements
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as Assistant Crane Operator / Deck Operator or equivalent

Requires knowledge of crane and rigging safety instrutions and regulations and the operational limits of cranes and associated lifting equipment.

Experience supervising Roustabout crews and in offshore drilling operations.

Strong leadership skills and an ability to coach, motivate and mentor others and develop their skills and knowledge.
