A leading offshore recruitment company is currently recruiting an experienced Pumpman for offshore drilling operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining mud pumps and associated fluid systems critical to drilling operations while ensuring safe and efficient performance onboard.
This role is suited for professionals with previous offshore drilling experience and strong mechanical knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor drilling fluid pumping systems
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of mud pumps
Assist with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain fluid circulation during drilling operations
Ensure compliance with drilling procedures and safety standards
Record operational data and maintenance activities
Support mechanical maintenance teams when required
Participate in safety drills and toolbox meetings
Requirements
Previous offshore drilling experience as Pumpman
Valid BOSIET / FOET certification
Valid Offshore Medical (OGUK or equivalent)
Relevant offshore certificates
Good English communication skills
Right-to-work documentation in order
Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
