General description
The Rig Administrator is responsible for planning the chopper schedule; inputting names to and from the rig and to work closely with shore based HR and client logistics coordinator on changes, additions and subtractions from chopper flights.
Send in names of personnel and cargo descriptions departing rig the following day to client logistics coordinator the day before.
Check in off-signing personnel the morning of chopper flights with body and bag weights.
Send daily POB after the last chopper flight of the day to shore.
Handle POB on board the rig, allocating rooms to all individuals and ensure personal data is updated in PDS.
Issue Muster and Welcome On Board cards to all on-signers and enter personal and next of kin information into PDS.
Ensure T-Card boards are updated after the flights for the day and update the CCR with revised lifeboat lists.
Maintain Job Description folder and see to it that all crew have read, understood and signed for their Job Descriptions.
Update daily client-payable POB/Meal spreadsheet and forward to OIM at the end of every month.
Create Purchase Requisitions as instructed by the OIM.
Coordinate with the instruction from the OIM all the training activity of the crew conducted offshore and update such to the Skills XP system and maintain all related documentation.
Handle loading data to various systems in accordance with the Noble Management System as instructed by the OIM, these systems will include but are not limited to: SAP, Synergi, Skills XP and SAP.
Work closely with the OIM and at the OIM’s discretion on all admin work.
Perform various duties as requested by the OIM.
Assist in safety co-ordination as required by OIM including Synergi administration.
