Required (Basic) Qualifications:
5 years of experience in successful development and delivery of leadership development training including Instructional Systems Design, facilitation, and coaching skills, preferably in an industrial environment
Demonstrated basic understanding of the Adult Learning Model, including Accelerated Learning Principles.
Demonstrated experience in the effective deployment of adult learning processes for both professional and hourly workforces
