A leading Drilling and Construction Contractor is looking for an HSE Officer to join Various Offshore Vessels operating Worldwide. The role involves ensuring compliance with international safety standards, implementing company HSE procedures, and supporting safe daily operations onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Apply and oversee HSE standards and procedures during daily site operations
• Serve as the main point of contact for HSE matters, escalating issues when needed
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to verify compliance
• Provide inductions and refresher safety training for employees and contractors
• Track and report safety performance in line with company guidelines

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and incident reporting
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and monitoring compliance on site
• Skilled in accident/incident investigation and corrective measures
• Familiarity with environmental oversight and hazardous materials handling
• Competence in preparing performance metrics and safety documentation
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
