Job Description:
SA-World is currently seeking an experienced Motorman to assist in the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems aboard offshore drilling vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain main and auxiliary machinery under supervision.
Assist engineers with daily engine room operations.
Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and mechanical checks.
Report any irregularities or equipment faults immediately.
Follow safety procedures and environmental policies at all times.
Requirements:
Experience as Motorman in offshore or marine operations.
Valid STCW, Medical Certificate, and Seaman’s Book.
Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
