Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the mess hall and accommodation areas.
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals.
Assist in inventory management and stocktaking of provisions.
Ensure timely waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
Adhere to safety and health regulations onboard.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Messman or similar role.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Seafarer’s documents and certifications.
Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
