Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain - Master’s Degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
CPSM or other supply chain certifications, preferred.
Experienced project and/or CAPEX procurement manager or buyer from highly technical field or industry
With experience both in strategic and operational procurement roles
3 or more years of international category management, contract negotiation and/or strategic sourcing experience.
Ability to conduct tenders, establish procurement plan, negotiate, and close contracts
5 or more years of operational procurement such as purchase order creation, expediting, logistics and invoice payment.
Knowledge and experience in systems such as IFS and SAP is desirable
Oil and Gas industry background is an advantage
Possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management skills.
