5+ years of operational experience working for a drilling contractor or closely related services
3+ years of experience in a management / leadership position
Ability to travel to other Company offices and drilling rig work sites, often in remote locations during normal rig operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather)
Ability to work a flexible schedule or rotational schedule as per business needs
