Skills and Levels Description:
Bachelor degree in Technical/Business subjects. Long and relevant experience (minimum 5 years) may compensate for a degree.
Awareness and understanding of the industry, suppliers and products.
High degree of initiative, flexibility, communication and cooperation skills.
Structured way of working and good planning skills.
In depth knowledge of Labour law / Basic Agreement / Tariff area
Good knowledge of Norwegian language.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
