· Minimum education of Civil Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related field
· Fluent English skill both oral and written.
· Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
· Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office
· Strong technical and analytical skill
· Ability to work in minimum supervision
