Completion of a high school diploma or GED and a minimum 1 years of experience is required.
3-5 years' experience which includes Quality and/or Industry experience is preferred.
Minimum 5 years' in working experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and/or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Inspection.
Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards and use of ESD precautions.
Proficient in reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and/or schematics.
Experience in metrology (units, and or a system of measurements).
Experience in dimensions and tolerances.
Ability to measure and inspect under microscope.
Capable of writing technical descriptive explanations for non-conforming products.
