Experience in offshore Deepwater environments.
Experience with HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) well engineering and execution.
Experience in exploration and appraisal drilling engineering.
Experience in both sandstone and limestone geologic formations.
Experience in technology program planning and development.
Experience in diverse international locations delivering well engineering in both IOC (International Oil Company) and NOC (National Oil Company) organizations with exposure to numerous cultures and ways of working.
Experience in root cause investigation analysis.
Experience transforming engineering capabilities through the core functions of the Engineer- Offset Well Analysis, BOD definition, Well Design and programming, Execution Performance benchmarking and improvement.
Travel required 25% domestic and international.
