Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline required, with a preference in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, and 10+ years of Drilling and Completions Project experience with some level of Profit & Loss and contracts management exposure
10+ years offshore jack-up experience (in engineering and operations)
Offshore drilling rig equipment, drilling and/or workover operations and knowledge of associated API and other Industry standards and practices
Knowledge of offshore drilling contractors business, business drivers, standard contract terms & conditions, tendering / bids, financials, risks, etc., including startup processes
