Work with the regional QHSE Managers to develop and maintain hazard registers, safety cases and performance standards.
Implement and maintain the barrier health dashboard, and work with IT and stakeholders to enhance it.
Develop performance standards and work with process/program owners to address any gaps.
Collaborate with Reliability & Maintenance, Operations and other departments to reduce process safety risks to ALARP.
Facilitate HAZID workshops and safety case reviews.
Participate in Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA) and ensure risk reduction measures are implemented.
Review incident investigations, audit results, and other lessons learned to recommend improvements.
Monitor regulatory and contractual requirements, and industry standards related to process safety and major accident prevention, and advise on compliance.
Review Management of Change/Operational Risk Assessments and monitor them to ensure completion.
Develop procedures, plans and reports to support internal and external customers.
Contribute to the design, development and delivery of training content.
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma/certification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE, risk management or process safety field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
Experience in developing hazard registers, BowTie/barrier analysis, safety cases and performance standards.
