Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer or electrical engineering
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience in service management and/or infrastructure operations with global virtual teams
Minimum of 5 years of Infrastructure Operations leadership experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communications (verbal and written English), conflict resolution, leadership, and customer relationship skills
