-Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
-At least 15 years of experience in organic synthesis of chemical intermediates in a lab setting
-At least 5 years of experience in taking lab production to large scale commercial manufacturing in a chemical plant
-International manufacturing and technical customer service experience
