Qualifications / Experience:
Tertiary qualification in HR management or related field (desirable not essential)
Significant experience in a resourcing role in an equivalent industry.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; with the ability to effectively influence.
Attention to detail/accurate record keeping and reports management.
Previous experience in recruiting a variety of role types – corporate/ operational / technical recruitment.
Experience in administering remuneration proposals and employment contracts
