Requirements
Develop and maintain management system processes (standards, procedures, tools, and training).
Continued development of a safe system of work at RNO, including improving safety machinery, maintaining risk assessments, relevant processes, procedures, and instructions.
Ensure legal compliance.
lnspect and audit management system to ensure compliance to chosen systems and performance level.
Advise on improvement and mitigation of risks and initiate improvement projects.
Investigate accidents and root causes.
Drive development and support implementation of Clients’ OHSE strategy
Needed
5-10 Years QHSE, ideally in process/production
Relevant academic or technical background
Completed IOSH course, NEBOSH General or similar.
Good analytic skills
Good communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal skills
Highly conscientious and diligent
Understanding of QHSE Management Systems
