Completion of Competence Matrix, verified by Area HSE Manager
Active Personal Development Plan
Minimum Appraisal rating of "According to expectations", "above expectations" is preferred.
Recommendation must be approved by Area HSE Manager
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
As per Seadrill training and competence directives.
Minimum Requirements
BOSIET, Offshore survival training and other training as required by the Area assigned.
NEBOSH International General Certificate in OH&S or equivalent HSE certification
Must be fully COVID vaccinated and able to provide record.
