In depth knowledge of engineering and design principles pertaining to unconventional production, compression, and midstream oil & gas facilities
Well versed in upstream oil & gas air regulation requirements including, but not limited to, NMED Ozone Rule, NMOCD Venting and Flaring Rules, NSPS OOOO/OOOOa, GHG reporting, BLM rules, Title V requirements
Experience with LDAR programs and reporting requirements
Knowledge of technologies used for emission detection and reporting
