Minimum Experience/Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health and Safety. Additional certifications in data analytics or HSE management are desirable.
Proven experience (A minimum of 12 years) as Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-risk industry and Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis software.
Knowledge of HSE principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate HSE insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of data governance and data management practices
