Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Auger Floorman to join our team in Washington, PA. This entry-level role is responsible for assisting the Auger Rig Operator with drilling operations by performing manual labor tasks, equipment maintenance, and supporting safe and efficient work practices. The position requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and the ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist Auger Operator in making pipe connections
• Maintain and track inventory of equipment and tools
• Properly maintain all equipment used on the drilling location
• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently

Requirements:
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education (preferred)
• 1+ years of drilling rig/auger experience
• Operational and safety knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Full-time, project-based schedule
• Salary: $22.00 per hour
• Work Schedule: 8–12 hours/day
• Job Shift: Any (depending on project needs)
• Travel: Road Warrior – frequent travel to field sites required
• Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
– Outdoor work with exposure to hot, cold, wet, or damp conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
– Vigorous manual labor required
– Ability to lift up to 80 lbs frequently
– Prolonged standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working in tight or elevated spaces
