Team Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Floorhand to join an offshore drilling operation in Holland.
The successful candidate will support the rig-floor team with pipe handling, drilling equipment operations, maintenance activities, and general rig-floor duties while maintaining strict offshore safety standards.
• Assist the Driller and Assistant Driller with rig-floor operations
• Handle pipes, tubulars, drilling tools, and related equipment
• Support tripping and making/breaking connections
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe rig-floor working area
• Follow permit-to-work, risk assessment, and toolbox-talk procedures
• Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Requirements:
• Previous drilling rig / rig-floor experience preferred
• Knowledge of pipe handling and general rig-floor operations
• Relevant offshore drilling training and certifications
• Valid STCW certificates where applicable
• Valid offshore safety certificates relevant to the position
• Valid Passport and Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for offshore work
• Available to join on 2 September 2026
