Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience in completion & workover.
Intermediate engineer or above.
Have certain professional knowledge accumulation in drilling, completion, workover and other technical sector services, be able to conduct preliminary business demonstrations, be good at exploring potential bidding projects, be familiar with the bidding process, have strong organizational skills, be good at leading teams, and have agile thinking. Good at analyzing and summarizing.
Strong learning ability, systematic thinking and analytical judgment ability; Have strong coordination ability, executive ability, communication ability, language expression ability and writing level.
Have the knowledge reserve of completion and workover while; Experience in procurement and bidding, familiar with procurement and bidding procedures, and familiar with relevant requirements.
